The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active in addition to being well-organised and holding a proven track record of utilising audio typing skills in a previous working environment. Whilst the position is challenging, the successful applicant will have the opportunity of learning new techniques through comprehensive IT training.

David James Lettings are looking for a residential lettings negotiator.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the lettings industry however a proven track record of working within a sales industry is imperative. The individual will be responsible for carrying out accompanied viewings using a company vehicle, therefore a driving license is necessary. They will also be expected to pro-actively work with our database of prospective Tenants to secure lets on our available portfolio.

It is essential that as this is a highly competitive industry the candidate has the ability to converse with the general public and can easily promote both themselves and our business. The candidate will need to be self-motivated and success will be duly rewarded with a salary plus performance-related commissions.
