Obtaining extensive references and credit checks.
Preparing your individual tenancy agreement and arranging for signature with the tenant.
Preparing an inventory and schedule of condition (at a cost of £50.00).
Checking the tenant into the property with the inventory (at a cost of £25.00.)
Collecting and holding a bond as deposit from the tenant.
Checking tenants out of the property (at a cost of £25.00)
Arrangement Fee: 50% of the first month’s rent (with a minimum fee of £295.00)
