Keeping you safe during the pandemic

We are continuing to employ our Covid-19 policy on a voluntary basis to support both you and our team. We would therefore politely ask that you continue to respect each person’s individual position should they continue to wish to take precautions.

1: Our representative will continue to maintain a safe distance; they will endeavour to answer any of your questions in the usual manner.

1: A reasonable number of people (such as a family) are welcome to attend a viewing.

2: Our aim is to continue to carry out viewings on an individual basis. Where this is not possible, the fact that the viewing you are attending is an ‘open house’ viewing will be communicated to you so that you can make your own decision as to whether you still wish to attend.

3: Where we are carrying out an individual viewing, please continue to be present promptly for your allotted viewing slot; this is to ensure no overlap with a previous or subsequent appointment. If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait until your viewing time.

4: Viewing appointments remain limited to 15 minutes only (unless otherwise communicated to you by our representative at the property).

5: Whilst we will continue to follow the government’s guidance on the wearing of masks indoors, we still recommend the wearing of masks when inside the property as best practice to protect both you and our team.

6: All viewings will remain as contactless as possible. Our representative will unlock the property fully before your arrival and turn on any lights (if necessary). We would politely ask you to refrain from touching surfaces at the property where possible.

7: Disposable gloves and hand sanitiser will be available for your use at the property should you require them.

1: Our branches are open to the public on a non-appointment basis.

2: Should you visit one of the David James branches we politely ask that you respect our team and maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre whilst inside the office.
