If you opt for a management package, have the ultimate confidence that you will receive your rent with our rent guarantee. In the event of non-payment of rent, your rent will be covered up to a maximum of £2,500 a month for a period of fifteen months in total or until vacant possession is obtained whichever is sooner. Legal costs will also be covered up to a level of £100,000 to regain possession of the property following a breach of tenancy. Rent will be paid in arrears on a monthly basis and a solicitor will be instructed to obtain possession on your behalf. Your legal fees will also cover the serving of statutory notices and court attendance costs. Rent guarantee is included for the first year of every tenancy and our Landlords can choose to renew this from year two onwards at a competitive rate.
