We’re pleased to announce two new appointments within our Property Management team here at David James.
Claire Looker, who has been a part of the David James team as an Inspection Manager for five years, is our new Maintenance Coordinator. As someone who has visited all of our properties during this time, we feel this first-hand experience will be vital to her success in this new role.
Claire will be working alongside the rest of the Property Management team over the next few weeks to settle into the role.
We’d also like to introduce Nigel Griffiths, who joined our Inspection team last month.
Nigel will be carrying out our routine inspections at your property moving forward; after undergoing extensive training with Claire, we believe that you’ll be happy with the reports you’ll receive.
