The hours are 9:00 – 17:30, Wednesday-Friday and Saturday 9:00 – 16:00.

Job Responsibilities:
- First point of contact: You will be the first person to answer calls within branch and greet people as they come into the office.
- Managing Our Mailing List: registering applicants onto our mailing list and assessing their property needs.
- Viewing Appointments: Arrange viewing appointments on properties for sale by liaising with both the seller and the interested party. Contact parties that have recently viewed properties with us to ascertain their feedback which will then be reported back to the seller.
- Market Appraisals: Targeting opportunities for market appraisals and selling our services to potential clients.
- Upselling: Identifying opportunities to sell mortgage and conveyancing services in addition to removal and building and contents referral opportunities.
The role also includes many other varied daily activities and there is the opportunity to acquire more responsibility within the office once the candidate is established within the role.
Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills: A sociable personality capable of building a strong rapport with Clients as one of the first faces that they see.
- Local Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the North-East Nottingham area to better serve our Clients and provide insightful information to buyers.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
