We are seeking a new full-time colleague to work Monday-Friday and join our fantastic sales team as a Marketing Co-ordinator who will bring new Client’s properties to the market and begin their exciting home moving journey. We are a family-run business that have been selling property on behalf of our customers across the city for 32 years and we strive to be at the forefront of the industry. Working closely with our office-based marketing team, you will be visiting homes across the local area with our state-of-the-art and industry leading marketing tool Giraffe360, to capture stunning photographs, 360-degree virtual walkarounds and floorplans as well as content for social media platforms. We also produce our own aerial photography which provides the opportunity for you to obtain your commercial drone licence!

As you’ll be one of the first members of the team that meets Clients face-to-face, we’re looking for a personable colleague with a willingness to learn multiple new skills, a very sharp eye for detail and lots of creativity. We can offer a competitive salary, 20 days annual leave (plus paid bank-holidays) as well as a friendly, supportive, and open work environment. We will provide a company laptop and a mobile phone along with all the tools and software you need to produce fantastic marketing materials and provide a top-level service.

The role is based out of our Mapperley office but will be predominantly field based. We’ll ask for you to have a full valid driving license as well as access to your own vehicle (mileage paid regularly).

A forward-thinking approach to new technology

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team working in a front-of-house role at our Mapperley sales office.

The hours are 9:00 – 17:30, Monday-Friday (with half an hour unpaid lunch break). The candidate will also be required to work alternate Saturday’s 9:00 – 16:00 (with half an hour unpaid for lunch) and there will be a weekday off in lieu for this. There is both a basic salary as well as the opportunity to earn commission along with your branch for the successful conversion of mortgage and other ancillary business.

The role is a front-of-house position greeting Clients into the office and being the first person to answer the telephone within branch. The aim is to create a positive customer experience and duties include registering applicants onto our mailing list and assessing their property needs. The candidate should be identifying opportunities to up-sell mortgage and conveyancing services whilst also maximising opportunities for market appraisals to boost the branch’s performance.

There will also be a requirement to arrange viewing appointments on properties for sale by liaising with both the seller and the interested party. Furthermore, we will ask the candidate to contact parties that have recently viewed properties with us to ascertain their feedback; this will then be reported back to the seller.

The job also includes many other varied daily activities and there is the opportunity to acquire more responsibility within the office once the candidate is established within the role. The is the perfect role for someone new to the industry who is looking to start a career within estate agency.
