Our managed property portfolio contains both single property Landlords and larger portfolio Clients. Our advertised management packages are designed towards those Landlords who own one or two properties. If you currently hold a larger portfolio, we have the ability to design a more bespoke service suited to your needs at a competitive cost.

Our bespoke portfolio packages retain the same high values of customer care to both our Landlord and Tenant, however they are built to reflect the needs of the individual portfolio and we begin each process by examining any historical issues a Landlord may have experienced in their previous management as well as ascertain what is important to each Landlord individually. Are you unhappy with your current managing agent?

As our services continue to be recommended, we are increasingly being instructed to take over management of existing tenanted properties; usually because the current managing agent is not performing to the Client’s requirements. Our management transfer team are experienced in handling this process, and can seamlessly reassign tenanted properties into our management portfolio whilst ensuring minimum stress to the Landlord.

Should you be interested in this service, we begin by requesting basic information from you regarding the property (such as address, rent due date etc) and we do the rest; contacting your current managing agent on your behalf. We will audit the property file to ensure the tenancy is fully compliant and report back to you if we find any issues. We will assign a takeover date once a new standing order has been completed and we are in receipt of all tenancy paperwork with the aim of ensuring all incoming rent seamlessly transfers into our management.

Our in-depth and comprehensive inventory will ensure that there is a record of your property’s contents. We take countless photographs of each room and its contents to ensure that you have adequate documented evidence to protect you in the event of a deposit dispute.

Online maintenance reporting and a 24-hour emergency maintenance line

We operate a sophisticated online maintenance reporting tool which allows Tenants to easily diagnose issues and which also provides handy tutorials to help with the most basic problems. Landlords opting for our full management service can also rest assured that in the event of an emergency, their Tenants have access to a 24-hour phone line monitored in-house by our team.
