Since 1991, we’ve grown into a trusted, independent estate agency with four branches in Mapperley, Carlton, Arnold and Sutton-in-Ashfield. While much has changed over the years, our core values have remained the same, being local, approachable, and focused on delivering the very best for our clients.
Our team lives and works in the communities we serve, bringing genuine local knowledge and a personal approach to every move. With over 500 years of combined experience, we’re proud to guide our clients through each stage of the process with confidence and care.

Evolving with Purpose
Growth has always been about moving forward in the right way. In recent years, we’ve invested heavily in our offices, creating modern, open and welcoming spaces for both clients and colleagues.
From the transformation of our Mapperley head office to the expansion of Arnold and relocation of Carlton, each development has strengthened our presence and allowed us to grow as a business.
Our expansion into North Nottinghamshire, following the acquisition of WA Barnes Estate Agents, marks another exciting chapter, bringing our approach to an even wider audience.
At the same time, we’ve continued to embrace new technology, improving the way we communicate, market properties, and manage the moving process, making things simpler and more efficient for our clients.
