The tool allows you to obtain estimated high and low values for your property at the click of a button; which is great for those short on time or who have an aversion to estate agents!
The valuation tool uses house price data accumulated over a number of years, together with applying market trends and regional house price fluctuation to provide a low, medium and high estimations of your property’s value.
Once you have received this data, you have the option of asking one of the David James team to visit you and discuss the figures in more detail, allowing you to hone down the figures to an accurate valuation after a chat with one of our experienced, residential valuers.
