We’re the only independent estate agency in Nottinghamshire to win Gold in both categories, and only the top 2% of agents in the UK can say the same. It’s an award the whole team has worked hard for, and one we’re very proud to share with our clients.
Independently judged, and impossible to buy
The Best Estate Agent Guide assesses every agent in the UK, and agents can’t pay to enter. There’s no entry fee and no way to buy your way onto the list, so a Gold award has to be earned. Our results came from performance data, a review of our website and professional mystery shopping, where our service was tested the way a real customer would experience it.
Sellers and landlords can use the guide to look up the best agents in their area, which makes it a trusted place to check.
What Gold really means
Gold is awarded to the top 5% of agents in the UK, which is roughly one agent in every twenty. Gold for both sales and lettings puts us in the top 2%.
In Nottinghamshire, we’re the only independent estate agency to win both awards. Winning in both matters to us, because whether you’re selling a home or letting a property, you should get the same standard of service.
