Our managed property portfolio contains both single property Landlords and larger portfolio Clients, however please be aware that our advertised management packages are designed towards those Landlords who own one or two properties. If you currently hold a larger portfolio, we have the ability to design a more bespoke service suited to your needs at a competitive cost.

Our bespoke portfolio packages retain the same high values of customer care to both our Landlord and Tenant, however they are built to reflect the needs of the individual portfolio and we begin each process by examining any historical issues a Landlord may have experienced in their previous management as well as ascertain what is important to each Landlord. As our services continue to be recommended, we are increasingly being instructed to take over management of existing rental portfolios, usually where the current managing agent is not performing to the Client’s requirements.

Our portfolio transfer team are experienced in handling this process, and can seamlessly reassign a portfolio into our management ensuring minimum stress to our Landlord.

We begin by requesting basic information from you regarding each property in your portfolio and we do the rest; contacting your current managing agent on your behalf. We will audit every individual property file to ensure each is fully legally compliant and report back to you if we find any issues. We will assign a takeover date once new standing orders have been completed with the aim of ensuring all incoming rent seamlessly transfers into our management.
